Notice is hereby given, that the following mamd settler has filed notice of his inteutiou Xo make final proof In support of his claim, aind that said proof will be mad before the J'robate Judge of Utah county, at Provo, I'tah, on April 2, 1S91, viz: F. M. Ballard on D. S., No. 11642. for the NE, Sec. 22, Tp. 9, 8. R.. 2 east. He names the following witnee to provo his continuous residence upon, and cultivation of, said land, viz: James Shuler, Hyrurn Jemmon. Jacob Harber, Ira Shaler, all of J'ayson, Utah.
