Show AVaterworks for Midway. Midway, Wasatch Co.. Utah. March 18. Last night the Board of Directors of the Midway Irrigation Company, C. I. Bronson president, held an im-poitant im-poitant meeting, at which lawyer Hontz, of the Provo firm of King & Iloutz, gave valuable legal advice as to the best ways of getting the organization organ-ization on a safe basis, free from all risky entanglements, by some amendments amend-ments in the articles of incorporation. In the afternoon of the same day, a public meeting was held in which it was resolved to take initial sttps toward to-ward establishing a system of water works to cover the town, furnishing clear and pure aqua for all domestic purposes. The total cost of the undertaking under-taking is roughly estimated at $5,000. The following were appointed a committee com-mittee of preliminary inquiry: Alva J. Alexander, Ulrich Buehler, John Wat-kins, Wat-kins, jr., Ulrich Probst and Godfrey Buehler. There appears an earnest determination to go ahead witti this great undertaking. L. II. |
