Show alias. summons. in the district court of the First judicial district, of the territory of Utah. Ltah county. S G. Sly plaintiff, vs. Jacob Muntz. defendant. de-fendant. The people of the territory of Utah send greeting to Jaccb Muutz, defendant. You are Hereby required to appear in an action ac-tion brought against you by the above named plaintiff, in the district court of the First judicial ju-dicial district of the territory of Utah, and to answer the complaint filed therein, within ten days (exclusive ot the day of service) after , the service on you of this summons if served within this county; or if served out of this county, but in this district, within twenty days; otherwise within, forty days or judgment judg-ment by default will be taken against you, according ac-cording to prayer of this complaint. The said uction in brought to obtain a judgment judg-ment of this court, against the said defendant for the sum of i?1.25n and for C06ts of this suit, alleged by plaintitT to be dua fioin defendant on the sale of a certain mining claim, situated near the toe nol Lewiston, Fremont county, Wyoming, for the sum of $2.500 of which one ball' thereof iplainiiff alleges to be justly due and owing to him. For fuller and f urther particulars reference is hereby mHde to the plain tills complaint on tile herein. And you are heiebv notified if you fail to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will take judgment against you for the sum of $1,25U and costs of suit.
