Liafavor praying lor partition of tne estate of Simon P. tvestfull, deceased, and for the assignment of ttie widow's dower therein. It is ordered that Monday, the lUth day of July, A. D. 18!H. at 10 o'clock a m. of that ay at the office of the Probate J udg at the courthouse court-house in Provo City. Utah Couuty, Utah Ter ritory, be appointed for hearing said petition ; and that the clerk give notice thereof by causing a copy of thU order to be published in Tub Ihspatch, a newspaper printed and published in Piovo City.
