Show ALIAS. SUMMONS IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF O the First Judicial District of the territory of Utah, Utah county, Fredrick Nelson, plaintiff, vs. Elizabeth A. Nelson, defendant. The people of the territory of Utah send greeting to Elizabeth a. Nelson, defendant. You are hereby required to appear in an action brought against you by the above named plaintiff, in tho rtistrict courtof the First Judicial District of the territory of Utah and to answer the complaint filed therein, within ten days exclusive of the dayofser-vicel dayofser-vicel after the service on you of this summons if served within this county ; or if served out of this county, but within this district, within with-in twenty days; otherwise within forty days or judgment by default will be taken against you, according to prayer of this complaint. The said action is brought to obtain a decree ofthis court dissolving the bonds of matrimony matri-mony existing between plaintiff and defendant and that the custody of Pearl Elizabeth and ! Luella, minor children, the issue of said marriage, mar-riage, be twarded to the plaintiff, and that real estate set ont and described in the complaint, com-plaint, valued atS-'bO.uo, be ;awarded to plain tiff herein and for general relief. Plaintiff alleges that on the loth day of September lb'J3, defendant was indicted by the grand jury in the district court within and for the Third Judicial District of the ttrritory of Utah, county of Salt Lake, for the crime of adultery committed with W. And you are hereby notified, that if you fail to appear and answer the said comp'aintas above required, the said plaintiff will apply tothe court for the relief therein demanded. Witness the Hon.
