The people of the territory of Utah send greeting to fax FriedersdorlT, defendant. You are hereby required to appear in an action brought lagainst you by the above named plaintif, in tho district court of the First J udicial District of the territory of Utah and to answer the complaint filed therein, within ten days (exclusive of the day of ser-vicol ser-vicol alter tne gerviceonyou of thissummons if served within this county : or if served out of this county, but in 5thia district, with-ia with-ia twenty davs; otherwise within forty days or judgment'by default will be taken against you, Eocording to prayer of this complaint. The said action is brought to obtain a decree of this court dissolving the bonds of matrimony matri-mony existing between plaintiff and defendant and that the custody of their minor child EthelMayFriedersdorfr.be t warded to the plaintiff, that the defendant may be required to pay a reasonable sum into court to defray de-fray the expenses of this action, for counsel feed, and that he pay to pla ntiff such further sum for alimony and for the support of said child as to this court may seem just during the pedency of this action, and for general relief. For a first causa of action plaintiff alleges that said defendant on April 19th, 1893,' deserted de-serted aud abandoned her, and ever since has and still continues to desert and abandon plainiiff without any sufficient cause or any reason, aud against her will and without her consent. For a cecond cause of action plaintiff plain-tiff alleges that for more than one year last past defendant has wilfully failed and ne glected to provide for the plaintiff the common necessaries of life, having the ability so to pro-vioe. pro-vioe. For fuller particulars reference is hereby made to complaint on file. Aud you are hereby notified, that If you fail to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will apply to the court lor the relief therein demanded. Witness the Hon.
