Plaintiff alleges that on the 15th day of fceptember 1893, defendant was indicted by the grand jury in the district court within and for tho Third Judicial District Of the tfrritors- of Utah, county of Salt Lake, for the crim(V)f adultery committed with W, N. Logan, to which indictment indict-ment defendant on the ititn day of September 1893, plead guilty, and was sentenced by the court on the 18th da of September 1893, to one months imprisonment.intheUtah penitentiary, f laintiil further alleges that said act of adultery adult-ery was committed without the consent, connivance, con-nivance, procurement or preyious knowledge of plaintiff. And you are hereby notified, that if you fail to appear and answer the said complaint as above required, the said plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief therein demanded. Witness the Hon.
