Show ALIAS. SUMMONS IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF the First Judicial District of the territory of Utah, Utah county. Fredrick Nelson, plaintiff, vs. Elizabeth A. Nelson, defendant. The people of the territory of Utah send greeting to Elizabeth a. Nelson, defendant. You are hereby required to appear in an action brought against you by the above named plaintiff, in tha district courtof the First Judicial District of the territory of Utah and to answer the complaint filed therein within ten days exclusive of the day of ser-vlcel ser-vlcel after the service onyou of thissummons if seryed within this county ; or if served out of this county, but within this district, within with-in twenty days; otherwise within forty days or judgment by default will be taken against you, according to prayer of this complaint. The said action is brought .to obtain a decree of this court dissolving the bonds of matrimony matri-mony existing between plaintiff and defendant aud that the custody of Pearl Elizabeth and Luella, minor children, the issue of said marriage, mar-riage, be twarded to the plaintiff, and that real estate set ont and described in the complaint, com-plaint, valued at $-'5u,uo, be awarded to plain" tiffherein and for general relief. Plaintiff" alleges that on tho loth day of September ibw delendant was indicted 1 the grand jury in the district court within and for the Third Judicial District of the ttrritory cf Utah county of Salt Lake, forthe crime of adultery committed with W, N. Logan, to which indictment indict-ment defendant on the ltith day of September 1893, plead guilty, and was sentenced by the court on the 18th day of September 1893. to one months imprisonment in the Utah penitentiary Plaintiff further alleirea that said act. nf nrlnlf. I ery was committed without the consent, connivance, con-nivance, procurement or previous knowledge of plaintiff. And you are hereby notified, that if you fail to appear and answer the said complaint as above requirea, the said plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief therein demanded. Witness the Hon.
