NOW THEREFORE, the County Legislative Body of the'County of Summit, State of Utah [hereinafter "Board"], ordains as follows: Section 1 The Board hereby finds, that the Public will not be materially injured by the amendment to the" White Cliff Subdivision plat. Section, 2. The Board hereby officially amends the White Cliff Subdivision plat as shown on the plat Amendment for White Cliff Subdivision, Lot 5. Section 3.
