Show Schools Thursday, August 11, 2011 The Gunnison Valley Gazette GVHS Seminary Council Page 7 Game Day Shirts Student Body Officers at Gunnison Valley High School are selling Game Day T-shirts. These shirts are available to the public for $8 and to GVHS students for $5. Students and members of the community alike are encouraged to wear these shirts each day the Bulldogs play during the year. The Gunnison Valley High School Seminary Council for the new school year has been chosen and is ready to take on their duties as school starts in the next couple of weeks. Summer Ag takes tour by MATT MECHAM GVHS FFA Reporter The Gunnison Valley Future Farmers of America chapter attended their annual two day summer agricultural tour. The tour started off at Cabelas in Lehi. The group was able to take a tour of the lake fish aquarium. While there the students got first hand experience on how to take care of the fish. They were able to feed the fish gold fish. The students then made the trek up to Brigham City to play volleyball, softball and had a nice dinner and games with the Box Elder FFA chapter. The following day the students were treated to a wonderful tour of the Gossner Cheese and Milk Factory. There they learned about long process of cheese and milk making. At the end of this tour all the students were given a carton of milk, ice cream and some squeaky cheese. It was a great experience for the FFA members.
