A. deputy in the office of Sheriff Daniel Martin commenced an Investigation when the ear was located near Nephl and by wiring to office in the secretary of states Colorado the officer- - learned the name of the owner. Other messages were sent to Colorado and they brought information which resulted in the tracing of the bank robbers to Dillon where they were placed under arrest.
