A reaolutlon calling, providing for and ordering a apodal election in Juab County, State of Utah, fra the purpoae of aubmlttlng to the qualified elector of aald county who have paid a property tax therein In the preceding year, the queatlon of incurring a bonded lndebtedneaa In the aum of Two Hundred Twenty-Fiv- e Thousand ((125,000.00) Dollara, for the purpoae of railing fund to defray the expenae of laying out, erecting, conroada and highways, lnclud- structing, Improving and maintaining-publi- c ing .culverts and bridges, within aald county, outride of Incorporate cities. WHEREAS, there la an immediate and pressing need of raising funds to the amount of (225,000.00 to be used In laying out, erecting, constructing, improving and maintaining' public roads and highways In Juab County, outalde of Incorporate cities, Including the buUding of culverts and bridges therein and thereon; and WHEREAS, in order to raise said funds it will be necessary for said Juab County to Issue and sell Its bonds to the amount of (225,000.00, as. If and when the Issuance of said bonds Is approved at a legally called and held election by the qualified voters of Juab County, who shall have paid a property tax in aald Juab County, in the year 1920; and WHEREAS, the Interests of Juab County require it and the Board of County Commissioners of said county deems it to be expedient and necessary at this time and for the public good, to luue the bonds of said county in the sum of (225,000.00 for the purpose aforesaid; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Juab, State of Utah, as follows: 1. That a special election be, and the same is hereby called and ordered, to be held In Juab County, State of Utah, on Tuesday, the 7th day of June, A. D., 1921, for the purpoae of aubmlttlng to such qualified voters of aald county aa shall have paid a property tax therein in the year next preceding such election, the following proposition, "Shall bonds of Juab County, state of Utah, In the aum of (225,000.00 be Issued and sold by the Board of County Commission era for the particular purpoae of defraying the expense of laying out, erecting, constructing, Improving and maintaining the following specifically described public roada and highways within the County of Juab, State of Utah, outside of Incorporate cities, ineluding the expenae of erecting all necessary culverts and bridges therein, and thereon, The Public Road known as the "Silver Road" running south from Silver City, Juab County, Utah, to the Millard county line. Also the public road running west from the town of Levan to Levan Switch. Also the public road known as the "Nephl-Uta- h Road, running north from Nephl to the Utah County line. .2- That notice of such apodal bond election shall be prepared and given by the county derk of said Juab County by publishing the same In the Eureka Reporter and the Mammoth Record, the Nephl Tlmes-Newnewspapers of general circulation, printed and published In said Juab County, State of Utah, for four full weeks prior to said election, the same to be published In each of said newspapers during said period in each regular and successive Issue thereof; to be made on The first publication of said notice In the Tlmes-New- s the (th day of May, 1921, and the last publication to be made on the 2rd day of June, 1921; the first publication of said notice in the Eureka Reporter to be nude on the 6th day of May, 1921, and the last publication to be made on the Ird day of June, 1921; the first publication of said notice In the Mammoth Record to be made on the 7th day of May, 1921, and th last publication to be made on the 4th day of June, 1921; each of said publications being for a period of four full weeks prior to the said 7th day of June. 1921, th date hereinbefore designated for th holding of said special election, which said notice shall be substantially as follows, t: NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a special election has been ordered and called by th Board of County Commissioners of Juab County, Utah, and will be held in said Juab County, Utah, on the 7th day of June, 1921, to determine the question whether or not bonds of said Juab County, Utah, Thousand Dollars ((226,000.00,) In the sum of Two Hundred Twenty-fiv- e bearing interest at the rate of not to exceed six per cent (6 per cent) per said bonds made payable la not to exceed annum, payable twenty years from the date of their Issuance, shall be Issued and sold by the Board of County Commissioners of said Juab County. The city council has agreed to clear a portion of the new city park and Immediately place It - in first class condition for a baseball diamond. ..
