Kade excelled at math; while testing for kindergarten and asked to sort and count, he asked if he should count by fives. He learned the multiplication and the division tables in kindergarten. Kade was an accomplished scholar. Kade ran track, wrestled, and played football at Weber High School. If there were a club or organization, he joined and was often president. Dustin jokingly said that if there’s basket weaving for firefighters, Kade would join.
