Show Wed/Thurs/Fri, October 28-30, 2020 B-5 The Park Record Scene & Heard Photos by Tanzi Propst The spirit of Halloween Basin Recreation held its annual Celebrate the Spirits fun run on Saturday. The event was held at Willow Creek Park and allowed families to register for a starting time slot, spaced 10 minutes apart to allow for social distancing. The trail featured different trick-or-treat stations for children to collect candy. Wels Decker, 5, and Winsley Decker, 2, dressed as Captain America and Wonder Woman, respectively, arrive at the Park City Children’s Dental Specialists tent where they received a toothbrush and a piece of candy. Celebrate the Spirits face masks and Basin Recreation-branded hand sanitizer is displayed on the check-in table and given to participants of the fun run.
