The court sentenced him to a week in jail, 18 months of court probation and ordered him to complete other standard terms and conditions. He was also given a suspended jail sentence of 357 days. Steven D. Ferguson, 29, of Independence, Missouri, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, a third-degree felony. The court ordered the defendant to serve 30 days in jail and complete other standard terms and conditions and placed him on court probation for 24 months. The court also imposed a suspended sentence of zero to five years at the Utah State Prison. The court ordered the defendant to forfeit the weapon, complete 30 hours of community service, not possess weapons during the term of probation and complete other standard terms and conditions. On the drug charge, the court imposed a suspended 180-day jail sentence, placed the defendant on court probation for 18 months and ordered the defendant to complete other terms and conditions. Brian Keith Parker, 51, of Roseville, California, pleaded guilty to possession or use of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor, and criminal trespass, a class B misdemean- or. The court ordered the defendant to serve 17 days in jail with credit for 17 days served. The court also imposed two concurrent, suspended sentences: 347 days in jail for the drug charge and a 163-day jail sentence for trespassing. Gregory Alan Perry, 35, of Lehi, was sentenced for two third-degree felonies, attempted aggravated assault and aggravated assault. The court placed the defendant on supervised probation for 36 months and ordered the defendant to pay restitution and complete other standard terms and conditions. The court also imposed suspended, concurrent sentences at the Utah State Prison of zero to five years on each count. Mohammad Hassan Mohsenian, 75, of Sandy, was found guilty by bench trial of speeding, an infraction. The court ordered the defendant to pay a $150 fine. Cody Lynn Street, 38, of Magna, pleaded guilty to three class A misdemeanors: attempted violation of a pretrial protective order; domestic violence assault; and attempted retaliation against a witness, victim or informant.
