What Happens at Registration: (may vary according to school) • Information card: Fill out new information card with parent/guardian signature for each child. • Materials/Information- You will receive calendars, school schedules, and other materials for the year. • Activity Donation: We are asking for a one-time donation per child for class activities. • School lunch: You may pay for school lunch on this day. Applications will also be available for free and reduced lunches. • PTA: You may join PTA at this time and sign up if you would like to volunteer. • School T-Shirts: Order school t-shirts that will be worn throughout the year. • Kindergarten: Sign up for kindergarten assessment. (Bring immunization record and birth certificate for any students who were not pre-registered.) • Class lists may be posted. Due to boundary changes and the opening of one new school in our area, it is critical that all schools have an accurate accounting of student enrollment. To achieve accurate numbers, all students must register on or before Aug. 2, 2008. If you are unable to attend on or before Aug. 2, please contact your school.
