BLM Utah has not considered it an option to hold another lease sale prior to the regular quarterly sale in March 2009. No plans were ever made to hold an “out of cycle” lease sale in January, as reported by the media. There is an ongoing investigation regarding the December lease sale and the fraudulent bids. Mary L. The program is designed to meet educational and health care needs in the rural United States by using advanced telecommunication technologies, the USDA said. This program provides financial assistance to encourage and improve services in rural areas. The maximum amount of a grant award is $500,000 and the minimum amount is $50,000.
