Maryland came in first with B-plus, and South Dakota came in last with a D-plus. A newly released report for 2012 gave Utah a C-minus in education quality, ranking it at 42, one below last year's 41. The report took into account factors such as assessments, spending and school Utah is currently in a snow drought with the snow water at 48 percent below average. Though things aren't looking well for the state, the loss of snowfall can be made up if the snowfall is bigger than average from this point on. Utah businesses dependent on snow are very worried, but water supply managers are not concerned quite yet. Delta airlines, being one of the airlines , raised domestic roundtrip airfare by $20. Other airlines, such as Southwest and Frontier, have followed suit and matched Delta's increase. The increase is due to the rising prices of oil as airlines try to increase their revenue. In Ohio, a landlord put up a sign reading "white only" at a public pool. The incident was brought to the attention of the Ohio Civil Rights Commission by a former tenant, who claims the sign was post- "Letters of friendship require no study." Following the President's Day holiday, Monday classes will be held on Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Tuesday classes will be canceled on that day.
