boys who have reached 21 since june ath to register young men who have reached the age of 21 sears since june ath will be required to register for military service on august according to information given out on wed kasday it is estimated that there are about men in the state who have passed their birthday since the registration which took place in june the purpose of the new reg istra tion coming N just before the grand registration of all men between 18 and 46 on september 5 is to provide nen rien to till fill september quotas many states slates have exhausted or practical ly exhausted class one and unless some new method of obtaining men is provided they would be forced to invade the deterred deferred classes the men registering august will provide sufficient men to till fill the september quotas in all states
