DeChristopher'sattorneys petitioned Monday in federal court to have the names and contact information of other bidders accused of monkey-wrenching. Third Tim DeChristopher 3 CM• .... He believes accepting the position is part of his career's natural progression. "I'm proud of what we have done here (at the U)," Walzel said. The foundation he has helped build is strong and will continue to be successful in the future, he said. District Judge Dee Benson denied the request, and the trial date was set Tuesday. DeChristopher was indicted on two felony counts for placing a false bid during a federal land auction in 2008. ASUU Party's response ASUU vs. ICE: A car driven by an ICE supporter was seen on the Marriott Library plaza without a permit. ICE's defense: ICE admitted the violation occurred.
