Show cave again encountered in the eureka Bf bullion Illion john Best lemyer who was in camp the other day states that it has been necessary to stop work in the west drift of the eureka bullion property at a depth ot of feet because this drift broke into the cave which was first encountered on the level at the time that mr Best lemyer started to drive out to ward the west on the he sup posed that he was a good distance below the cave and in solid ground but it appears that the cave stands somewhat perpendicular and that it is but a little more than forty feet from the shaft the work toward the west on the level Is not to be stopped however it being the intention of the management to swing out around the cave from what la Is known as the northwest drift mr Best lemyer is quite acx lous ious to prospect the ground which lies to the west of the shaft and does not propose to let this cave interfere with the work the general condition at the eureka bullion is favorable and there seems to be a chance of getting into some good values at depth of feet |
