Four of their top players are seniors who are more than ready for a game of this magnitude. Duke has only lost one game, and they seem to have learned from that loss and moved on faster than expected. But this game is in North Carolina, and that never makes it easy in a rivalry game. The Blue Devils have lost two of the last three in Chapel Hill, and although this year's Tar Heel team is depleted, the crowd should help them to get going early and possibly upset the favored Blue Devils. Regardless of the outcome, this is easily one of the most exciting rivalries in college basketball. Patton's prediction: Blue Devils 68, Tar Heels 64 m.patton@ chronicle.utah.edu cently. Even then, their record can be deceiving. Other than their first loss to Arizona, Kansas has lost its other five games by a combined 13 points (2.6 points per contest). This game should be close and really could go either way.
