At the residence they entered and proceeded to assault two of the homes’ occupants. Although the bat was not used in the physical assault, one of the victims received serious injuries to his face and jaw area. A combined effort by the Heber City Police Department and a well done follow up investigation by Perry Rose and. Heber City Sgt. Detective Mike Richardson led to the arrest of four of the involved subjects only three days later. On September L officers responded toa local business area where they located Joshua Cannon Leger, 22, of Heber. Leger was taken into custody and transported to the Wasatch County Jail where he was booked on felony counts. of aggravated burglary and aggravated assault.
