Gray, a property owner in Red Creek, western Duchesne State 's witnesses in the trial were Oscar W. Gray, Richard E, Redden, Dean Young and Bernard Egan. Witnesses for the defense were George Middlestatt, Kenneth Jorgensen, Randy W. Jorgensen and Colleen Jorgensen. Allen B. Sorensen, district . attorney, was the state's attorney; and Gordon Hoxsie, Salt Lake City, was the attorney for the defendants. The jury deliberated for nearly two hours before bringing in the verdict, at 7 p.m. Richard D, Olsen, Neola, was jury foreman, The verdict was read by Mrs, Janet Cowan, deputy Duchesne County Clerk. Judge R.L.
