notice to matet leers state engineers office salt lake city utah february 14 1917 notice is hereby given that john W taylor and thomas F pierpont pont whose postoffice post office address Is eureka utah have made application in ac corrance cor dance with the requirements of the compiled laws of utah 1907 as amended by the session laws of utah 1909 1911 and 1915 to ap prop one tenth 1 of a cubic foot of water per second from tay lor spring utah county utah said water issues at a point south 13 de do grees 4 minutes west 3 feet from the southwest corner of sec see uon tion 3 township 10 south bange range 3 2 west salt lake base and meridian the water will be diverted at the spring and by means of a flume for a distance of 20 feet and there used from january 1 to de do cember ember 31 inclusive of each year at the copper leaf mine in iced east tintic gintic mining district for general mining purposes this ap Is designated in the state engineers office as no all protests against the granting of said application stating the rea sons must be made by affel affi davit in duplicate accompanied by a tee fee of 2 50 and filed in this office within thirty 30 days after the completion of the publication of this notice W D BEERS state engineer date of first publication march 2 1917 date of completion of pub ll li catlon cation april 6 1917
