Claude P Kidder, officer in charge of the local Immigra-T.c- n and Naturalization Serv-i- t e office, said Jesus Lozaro Aeman wa' arrested Dec. 9 he was re'eased from me Utah State Prison. They deported him. Aleman was freed trom prison by the high court on tne grounds he hadn't been given a speedy trial as guaranteed by the 6th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Kidder said Aleman was apprehended by immigration officials Feb. 1, 1968. for illegally entering the U.S. He was taken to U.S. District Court on the charge and fined $5 by Judge Willis W. Putter. At the same tune, the Salt Lake dice Department was processing a burglary complaint against him.
