Show Bank Will State Agrees To Buy IRVINE News Business Write! The Chin Highway Department has agreed to pay $1 1 million for 370 billboards that nobody wants. The signing of an agreement was announced today by Douglas T. Snarr, president of .Snai r Advertising Inc., owner of the signs located along Itah highways.
