richard R lyman of the council of the twelve apos ties and charles 11 1 1 hart of the first council of seventy though elder lyman did not arrive until afternoon because of an appointment to address the graduating class of the weber county school on saturday morning the first session ot of the conference was a special meeting for the presiding priesthood and remarks wore were made by president S norman lee wl who io called attention to the first quarterly report of the stake pointing out some of the features tor for which the stake received red marks of demerit he was followed by president I
