Were commu- nity-builders. Our new town is named STANSBURY PARK. We , . j didnt like what was happening to American cities. We dreamed of a New Town without Big City problems. Our dream made so much sense we decided to build it. found the land. The right land in the right place-o- ver 10,000 acres where the air is sweet, the soil rich. So we Its an awesome task to build an entire New Town. Its taken months of planning and surveying; studying geology, water tables, ecology and capacities. Weve checked transportation systems, utilities, schools, chances for new industry, population growth patterns and much more. soil-beari- ng First, think about water lots of it in lakes, streams and ponds. Think about kids in sailboats, or of kids discovering the mysteries of polliwogs. Think about your own country club, broad fairways and lush greens, and the snick of a seven iron against a ball. Think about a small ranch of your own, d a piece of land where the kids nice-size- can have a dog and a horse, too! Think about a piece of prime view land Weve been thinking about these things for a long, long time. Thats the reason for STANSBURY PARK ... to do things for once as they should be done. Weve gathered the hottest talent we could find for this project. Weve jetted all over the United States and the world to learn every new technique in community-building, home-buildin- g and way-of-life-buildi- ng. where you can watch the world go by. Think of a new community complete with homes, shopping plazas, its own sailing lake, golf courses, parks, swimming pools, playgrounds, ranches, industry, jobs, schools everything people need to enjoy life more -- thats STANSBURY PARK! The Wasatch Front is going to need 145,000 new homes in the next 15 years. We dont want Utahs beautiful cities to be blighted by endless suburbs, traffic snarls and more air pollution. Most important, weve convinced some big money people in the big cities that Utah is the place to build STANSBURY PARK. We believe a lot of people will want to learn more about STANSBURY PARK.
