Go Agencies Warned On Building Plans (UPI) -The Budget Bureau is warning federal agencies they will not be permitted to accele"ate their building programs later to make up for the 75 per cent construction cutback ordered by President Nixon. WASHINGTON Budget Director Robert P. Mayo Monday spelled out the details urgently projects required for the national dewere exempted from fense the order.
