St. John. Anyone caught violating these rules will be ticketed and required to appear before on the U.S. commissioner misdemeanor charges, he said. St. John said the regulations were issued in 1!X.8 to control actions that cause damage to natural resources and facilites cause that actions and disturbance to unreasonable national forest visitors. Failing to dispose of all paper, including garbage, cans, bottles, waste materials and rubbish by removal from the site ot disposal at places provided for such disposition. 2. Cleaning washing doting or articles of household use at hydrants or at water faucets located in restrooms.
