I!;ill, 42, Tooele t' County attorney, will lie one of two new Third Distrk't judges, it was announced Wednesday afternoon at the office of Gov. Calvin L. Hampton. Coder HB52 passed by the 1969 Legislature, two judge-ship- s were created for the Third District. The district also was cut lo two counties Sait Lake and Tooele.
