eureka main moth and silver city districts for the past six or seven years have at laet last materialized and become a reality it Is needless to remind the pat rons that the tintic gintic elgh H gh school was the originator of the con oli dated elated dis brict idea and that it was through the efforts ot of the trustees of these dietr acts aided by pur par representatives atia in the state legislature that it be came possible to consolidate these three districts and later the fish springs district with the mammoth district we coalie have halve a high school to represent the western halt half of the county and in this case more than halt half of the area the ad vantages are obvious instead of hav ing a small restricted territory en on deavon deavo ring ng to maintain three a parate high schools we no v have more than halt half the county with all the ra inroads telephone equipment and stock rats a ng to draw f from rom f for or the school schools all support what thie t 1 1 meana means r in might ex plain by saying that one additional teacher in the faculty would mould mean not more than fifty cents extra to the average individual tax payer of the district and the assessment for the mining companies railroad and telephone company is no more than it would mould be if these districts were maintaining maintain ng separate high schools in fact after the furnishings
