yesterday after being found guilty on a charge of having committed bat tery on dr T r 11 morton february ath i dr morton testified that county attorney entered his office in the kearns building february ath in the company of attorney L A miner and demanded to know why dr morton had entered bis his name on a certain birth certificate filed aith with the city board of health in january testimony also waa was given by dr morton to the effect thit that county at torn y mcknight demanded that he go to the city board of health and scratch the name from the birth he ile said he be told
