The USU Extension Service is looking for Heritage recipies to be included in an Old West cookbook. Entries can be sent now to the Extension Service at the courthouse in Manti. Recipies will be sent on to Logan for possible inclusion in the cookbook. We will also print a Heritage book for our county, Mrs. Mary Lois Madsen, county extension agent, said. Harold R. Johnson, director of vocational education at Snow College, will be guest speaker for Friday Forum on Jan. 23. His topic will be, To See The World In a Grain Of Sand. Mr. Johnson was born in Monterey Park, Calif. He received his A. A. degree in 1952 from Chaffey College, Alta Loma, Calif., his B.A. degree from Whittier College, Whittier, Calif., his M.A. degree from California State University, Los Angeles, and his PhD. from the University of Utah. A February 20 wedding in the Manti LDS Temple is planned. Both young people are attending Snow College and expect to graduate in June. Miss Wanlasss major is secretarial science. She graduated from Manti High School in She was assistant to Harvey Taylor for Church School System personnel and programs in the South Pacific and South America and was superintendent of Church Schools for the L.D.S. Church in Samoa for three and a half years. He is married to the former Lola Ann Heaps and they are the parents of four children, two boys and two girls. Salt Lake Temple Rites Will Join Sheila Lombardi, Terry Behunin Mr. and Mrs. Donald Lombardi of Tooele have announced the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sheila Rue, to F. Terry Behunion, son of Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Behunin. Sheila Rue graduated from Tooele High School in 1972 and from Snow College in 1974. She is presently employed with the J. C. Penny Co. in Salt Lake City. is a 1971 The groom-to-b- e School of Skyline High graduate and a 1973 graduate of Snow College. He is employed in Salt Lake City with the Utelca Credit Union. The couple are to be married Jan. 30 in the Salt Lake Temple. They will make their home in Salt Lake City. Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Ferald Anderson of Ephraim. Mrs. Anderson and Mrs. LuGcne Nielson were in Salt Lake City to attend a kitchen shower for Miss Lombardi Saturday. The shower was given by the grooms sister and sister-in-la- I" & Attends Funeral Start With Service for beautiful Jmitatms Aunt in SLC Clifford Sondrup drove to Nephi Wednesday, where he was met by his sister Eris and her husband, Pres. Paul K. Nielson. Together they went on to Salt Lake City to attend the funeral service of their aunt, Mrs. Don (Luella) Woods who passed away on Friday in Tempe, Ariz., of natural causes. Luella was a sister of Eris and Clifford's mother, Mavie DeLora Sondrup, who passed away some years ago. Luella Woods was bom in Moroni, Utah, in 1903 and was 72 years old at the time of her death. She is survived by her husband, Don Woods, and one son Donald Woods, of Winne-muccNev., and by two sisters, Mrs. Lawrence (Pearl) Baxter, San Luis Obispo, Calif., and Mrs. Acel (Eddis) Lund, Salt Lake City. There were originally 13 children in Luella's family, and they were all born and raised in Moroni.. Pres. Paul K. Nielson of the Beaver Stake was a speaker at the funeral service.
