Bake each pizza 15 minutes. Saute franks, onions and peppers in cooking oil. Remove pizzas from oven; top with half of frank mixture and half of canned grated cheese. Remove other pizza from cookie sheet and place on top of garnished pizza Add remaining frank mixture; top with cheese. Return to oven and bake 8 to 10 minutes. Cut in squares.
