Vase identified the victims as Wayne Roberts, 24, Rock Springs, Wyo , and Sidney Lott, 23. Salt Lake City, Utah, and a former Rock Springs resident David H. Bullough, 79, 2200 local mining executive, died Saturday in a lce al rest home after a long illness. A Salt Lake native, he was born March 26, 1894, a son of David W. and Lillian Murphy Bullough. He married Gladys Sims on March 9, 1919, in Salt Lake City. She died Nov. 2, Vase said two other persons who entered the mine, Fred Crmch, 19, Rock Springs, and Charlene White, 18, Rock Springs, managed to make their way out from a depth of after unsuccessfully trying to rescue their companions Vase said one of the survivors told him the four entered the old Stansbury Coal Mine, owned by the Union Pacific Railroad, between 3 and 4 00 p m. Bom Dec. 24, 1894 in Denver, a son of Joseph Charles and Lottie May Dow Slagle, on Sept. 11, 1915, he married Christiana Patterson in Salt Lake City. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.
