The board set the rehearing date to allow Benny J. Gallegos Jr., 23, a chance to demonstrate what he can do for the right to parole. Gallegos has spent most of his five years and two months in prison in the maximum security section. Prison and correctional officials had suggested Gal legos be reconsidered parole in five years. Hansen, 48, serving 3 to 20 years for arson, and Drexell Spra-dlin30, serving 1 to 10 years for grand larceny, all Dec. 11, 1973; Charles Ray Case, 31, serving 5 years to life for robbery, Jerry F. 35, DePover, serving 5 years to life for robbery, and Sterling Rice, 32, serving 1 to 20 years for forgery, all June. 11, 1974; and Wilford Murphy, 28, serving 1 to 10 years for grand larc-ne- y and 1 to 20 years for forgery, June. 10, 1975. g, .
