| Show WORK ON THE PARK tomorrow indications point to a big time at tile the city park tomorrow y chairman ia N C simonsen Sl ol of tile the park committee announces that one hundred men have proffered their services and twenty teams have been secured there is a likelihood of the stores closing at one to permit the clerks to spend a halt half day on tile the job helping to renovate the grounds the preliminary work thus far done has made a wonderful difference in the general appearance of the park much of the weeds and rubbish around the edge ot of the pond has been cleaned away while a force ot of men has changed the landscape considerably on oil the north side ot of the dam where the swimming pool will be located the committee is very anxious to make a big showing tomorrow and they again extend the invitation to the community to get on the job with shovels hoes rakes wheelbarrows and teams the park belongs to the community every citizen has a right to its facilities and so every citizen ought to be interested in fixing it up the big time will be inaugurated promptly at nine tomorrow morning |
