Hill AFB is partnering with the Davis County Health Department to make it easier for the base's civilian employees to receive the flu vaccine during a series of on-base clinics this month through November. The vaccination is a covered benefit by most health insurance plans offered to Hill's civilian employees, and will cover the cost of the vaccine offered by the health department for free. Know From 1 the Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) is moving to a new interview process called Competency Based Interviewing for all employees interviewing for a new job. CBI requires interviewees to give specific examples of how they've demonstrated particular competencies. In support of this change, the 75th FSS Force Development Flight is offering CBI courses to include Senior Leader Competency Based Interviewing Skills, Supervisor Competency Based Interviewing Skills and Competency Based Interviewing Skills for Employees.
