In addition the winners of the Gen. Bernard P. Randolph Engineering Team Award will now compete for the Air Force Outstanding Engineering Awards. AFMC 2007 Outstanding Airmen of the Year awards: Hill AFB had two individuals receive the 2007 AFMC Outstanding Airmen of the Year awards in the following categories: NCO — Staff Sgt. Matthew J. Hefti, 775th Civil Engineer Squadron, Hill AFB, Utah. Airman — Staff Sgt. Amber R. Lonas, 75th CES, Hill AFB. Those selected will now represent AFMC in the Air Force Twelve Outstanding Airmen of the Year and First Sergeant of the Year competitions. Officials expect results to be announced later this summer.
