The game will be held at Stewart Stadium with a kick-off time of 6 p.m. Stop by the 75th Air Base.Wing Public Affairs office in Bldg. 150 to pick-up a coupon. Tickets can be purchased at the Dee Events Center box office in Ogden, or game day at the stadium. For more information contact the Dee Events Center box office at 626-8500. • Hijl Ski Club to hold annual membership drive The Hill Ski Club is holding its annual membership drive on Oct. 15 at 6:30 p.m. at the Prairie Schooner restaurant in Ogden. The club is open to anyone, civilian or military. Meetings are held every first and third Wednesday evening, 7:0,0 pm, at Club Hill. For more information visit the Hill Ski Club website at http://www.xmission.com/~tmathews/ski/. • Fire House run and walk set The third annual Hill AFB Fire Department, Fire House 5K and 10K run and walk will be held on Oct. 9. The event starts at Fire Station No. 1 at 9 a.m. There is no entry fee for the event and prizes will be given for both races. Contact Breen Lowman at Ext. 7-3021 for more information. • Civilian fitness course offered This new course is offered to civilian employees for a limited time. It provides the basics about starting a physical fitness program, assessing your current status, and information on the wide number of facilities and services available to our employees. Participants will be asked to complete a survey at the end of the course regarding an estimation of their Current fitness level, interest in fitness programs, and ideas for improving workforce fitness. Employees may attend the course once during paid duty time, if otherwise in a duty status when participating, as the workload permits, and when scheduled in advance. Initially the course will be offered on Wednesday, in the Base Theater at 7 a.m., 10 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. For more information on the course, contact the Health and Wellness Center at Ext. 7-1215. • Hess October events The Winter Ping Pong Tournament is Oct. 7, from 5-9 p.m. Intermediate and advanced divisions will be formed. The entry fee is $5 per person. Weber State University Men's Basketball team will hold a free basketball camp on Oct. 9. This event will be held at the Hess Fitness Center from 10 a.m. - noon. Anyone 13year-old and older may sign up. t A dodge ball tournament will be held on Oct. 9. Registration ends on Thursday. There is an entry fee of $10 per person for this event. A double elimination three-on-three Basketball Shoot-out will be held Oct. 23. A registration fee of $5 per team is required to play. The 5-kilometer Pumpkin Run will be held on Oct. 28 at 10 a.m. The entry fee is $10 or $15 on the day of the event.
