The NAACP Youth program is seeking a solution to the current problem of discrimination in the Salt Lake Public School system. The project is new and it’s purpose will be to present recommendations and a program to the Board of Education concerning the education of blacks, chicanos and whites. The Youth Program is headed by Mrs. Julie Scott with Mr. Eddie L. Brown as Chairman of the project involving the school system.
