One of the most important revelations in skin-care history, photo rejuvenation, also known as IPL (Intense Pulse Light Therapy), is now available in Ogden Valley. Schmidt states, “This amazing new technology is now affordable for the average person. In just weeks, men and women can see reduced wrinkles and lines. The treatments also decrease age spots, sun damage, coarse skin, large pores and unsightly blemishes. It is also possible now to help control whiteheads, blackheads, dilated capillaries, and even rosacea.” According to Schmidt, the doctor-recommended all-natural IPL treatments increase your collagen production by more than 50%, thus reducing wrinkles. The process creates natural skin moisture and increases circulation. It also reduces melanin production, which causes brown age spots. During the open house, visitors will receive a free IPL Mini Treatment and learn about a discounted treatment package. The salon is offering light refreshments and a drawing for a free skin care treatment. Janet Peters of Ume’ designs (www.umedesigns.com) will have fun-tocarry and designer purses and jewelry on display for purchase. Cozy’s Salon offers full salon services for men, women, and children—including hair cuts, hair color, makeup, makeovers, weaves, permanent waves, extensions, styling, waxing, and “up dos” for special occasions and weddings.
