Show Celebrating more than 95 years of service to the citizens of Eureka Volume Ninety-Seve- n Unconditional belief in goodness of people by Dr. John Nield Back in my "before fitness days" Sally would encourage me to work out. We would go for a walk or a short run at the river bottoms. This is a selected area, which is used by those how jog, walk, ride bicycles or in other ways exercise. That particular area gladdened me, because, I knew there were distractions along the way. At that time, I was not into fitness and anything that would give me an excuse to stop was welcomed. Along the road would be a cow, dog or horse. Although they were behind a fence that didnt stop Sally from talking to them. She would speak small talk, pet the animal friends and become enlightened with her new barnyard family. I would stop to gasp for breath before the next something out in the distance from them or, as a goal to work toward. Analogous to participation in sports, you do not play the game until you have practiced the plan. It is not until you practice encouragement that it becomes a part of you. Like our friend Gloria, she stop practicing and is living it. (http:www.DRencourage- ment.com) City sets meeting agenda Notice is hereby given that the sprint.
