Show The Summit County Bee May 9, 2003 Page B7 Festival Announces 1776 Equity Actor and Associate Artist Casting The bells of freedom will ring loud and clear this summer when the Utah Shakespearean Festival preg sents the Tony musi: cal 1776 as part of its 2003 season line-uThe musical, which debuted in at New York's Forty-Sixt- h Street Theatre, will feature numerous members of Actors' Fquity Association (AHA), as well as several associate artists. Returning favorite Peter Sham will play the role of the Benjamin Franklin. Sham made his fifth appearance at the Festival last season in the roles of Duke Frederick in As You Like It and Sancho Panza in Man of La Mancha.
