He was a rancher, hunter and sold teal estate in the Salt Lake Valley for 23 yean. He was also on the Board of Realton. The joy of his life was hunting with his sons and grandsons. He loved to play horseshoes and bowl. Surviving are his wife and caretaker. Dona, lloytsville; iwd sons and one daughter, Barry Wayne Olson. West Valley; David Lee (Ruih) Olson, lloytsville; Paula Jean (Blaine) Thiriot. Park Cily; 7 grandchildren. and his mother and stepfather. Myma and James Frisloe. Preceded in death by his father, and one sister. Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 28. in the lloytsville. Ward Chapel. The courses will help students leant how- to develop networks on any manufacturers' systems that are uscrfricndly. With high interest in these classes. Brinton said that it is anticipated that these classes eventually will lead to an associate's degree. "This program fils into the Community College's mission of providing training for the community, especially as more businesses and industry are in need," he said. "Before this, many individuals have been selftaught or learned on the job." These are believed to be the first network development courses of this type offered in Utah, although SLCC has offered several network operating classes, including some through its Skills Center. The first of the courses will be taught spring semester weekdays at 7 a.m. to allow that people who already may be working in the field to gain the expertise w hilc continuing in their professions.
