Jake Potter The 1998 Utah State Individual Hone Show wu held Sept 24, 25 and 26 in Spanish Fork. Junior exhibitor; Jake Potter, age 11, and Intermediate, Lacey Potter, age 4--H 14, both of Oakley represented Summit County. The winning started in Ogden on the 22nd of September the Ladycats defeated the Jayhawks in two games. In the first game, the Ladycats started out a little tentative they traded points back and forth with St Joe. Megan DeGering started off the scoring for the Ladycats. The Jayhawks answered bade and took-thlead. Chelsea McNeil then stepped behind the service line and put in three acu to put the Ladycats back on top. ' The Hawks put a scare into the they went ahead. Megan DeGering also hsd a strong service game adding five points. Becky and Brittany were once again working well and Brittany ended the match with 17 assists setting up Beckys 13 kills.
