The current housing report is in a list provided to the BCG There is a public hearing today on the application of Aspen Springs for a rezoning. Mountain Valley Ranch (an application by G Schulz) for a rezone subdivision near Mountain Springs, in Weber Canyon, with plans for all septic tanks on 35 acres, is before the BCC and may be a problem in the future. The Weller rezone application (Marion) is being put on hold until the South Summit General Plan is adopted. Lambert Lane, in Francis, has submitted a preliminary plat now being reviewed by the planning department. The planning department is reviewing a major subdivision proposed by K. Nichols called the Hays subdivision, a major endeavor; also B. Ames subdivision scheduled for Chalk Geek called Middle Canyon Ranch; K. Wright doing the Wright subdivision is to submit a final plat to the planning department; staff is reviewing a temporary trailer submitted by J. Yost. P. Gines has asked for a rezone in Woodland. First Security Bank is bringing in a plan for a permanent structure to be located at Kimball Junction at the K-M- art site. Johnson Parkwest Sold; Summer Concert pre-conce- rt 55-pie- ce The arrangements have been made with Michael Baker and Kenny Griswald, the new owners of Parkwest. It was revealed that Baker and Griswald made agreements with Jerry Giloman and Jack Roberts for the sale: 960 acres, water rights, all contract rights, the whole included have been sold. Park City Ski Area's Easter Tradition Continues Easter Weekend, April 2 and 3, the Park City Ski Area will again feature the traditional Egg Hunt on the mountain with more than $4,000 in prizes. On Saturday. April 2, the Easter Bunny will hit the slopes early to hide eggs on the mountain for the "Big Kids" Easter Egg Hunt. Park City merchants have donated over $4,000 dollars in prizes for the hunt.
