Married Loma Parcell June 23, 1939 in Wallsburg. Marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She died March 28, 1964. Educated in Summit County and graduated from BYU. He was an educator in Park City School District for 33 years. Well known for his drama programs and award winning road shows in the county. Survived by children: Val D. and Helga Milliner, Riverdale; Colleen and Bruce Hymas, Sandy; Reed and Bernice Milliner, Kamas. 9 grandchildren and 3 Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 27 in the Peoa Ward Chapel.
